Q: What is your refund policy?
Return Policy for Senox Sports Paddles
Senox Sports LLC has a 30-day refund policy based on the delivery of a Senox pickleball paddle purchased from SenoxSports.com (please see separate info below regarding SNX paddles). If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return it. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and must provide tracking information. Once received and inspected, eligible products should be refunded within 3-5 business days. Our refund policy is void if the paddle has been altered or misused in any way.
Return Policy for SNX Paddles
Senox Sports LLC does not accept returns for SNX paddles due to their low price point. All sales of SNX paddles are final. We recommend carefully reviewing the product details and specifications before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
Q: Are your products warrantied?
Senox Sports LLC offers a 3-month warranty on pickleball paddles purchased from SenoxSports.com. Please note that this warranty does not cover ineligible paddles. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the paddle that is a result of negligence or mistreatment of the paddle. Any evidence of mishandling will void our warranty. Normal wear and tear is to be expected with any pickleball paddle, which includes but is not limited to fading of paint, scratches, or anything we deem in our discretion to be commonplace with playing (we play a LOT of pickleball!).

Q: How do I extend the lifespan of my Senox pickleball paddle?
Utilize your Senox Cover! It'll help keep your paddle in shape for when you're traveling to and from the courts. Cleanliness should be a priority with all pickleball paddles. The cleaner your paddle, the less you'll have to worry about items degrading and eroding the surface. Large temperature fluctuations, such as extreme heat or extreme cold, can heavily impact and damage the quality of your equipment.
Q: How long do pickleball paddles last?
In general, pickleball paddles should last up to five years. With normal use, customers should expect to purchase a replacement paddle every 1-3 years. Of course, it all depends on how effectively you care for your paddle!
